How long does the recruiting process take?

What is Celanese’s recruiting process like?
If your skills match an opening, you will typically be contacted by a Celanese recruiter for an initial telephone interview. The next step would be a telephone interview with the hiring manager or managers. If you are successful at both of these stages of our process you will typically be invited for an on-site interview. At the on-site interview you will normally speak to a team of interviewers that includes; the hiring manager, peers of the position, a key internal client, and potentially subordinates, as well as human resources. You will then be notified of the results of the process.
